RULES AND REGULATIONS+
- The medium of instruction will be English.
- Students must always converse in English, Whenever they are on school campus.
- Parents need to take prior appointment from the office if they need to meet the Trustee.
- Parents cannot visit their ward during school hours.
- It is compulsory for parents to come on all ' Open Days' to discuss their ward's academic progress and conduct.
- Parents are advised to refer the annual planner, date sheet and other circulars before attempting queries over phone.
- Students will not be allowed to leave or enter the school premises in between the school hours. In case of emergency parents should come to pick the child along with document of identification e.g. Aadhar Card, Licence etc.
- Refer to the almanac regularly and note the remarks made by the Principal/Teachers and sign the same.
- A copy of the Bonafide Certificate will issued within two days on the submission of a written application from the parent to the school office .
- Duplicate copy of Bonafide Certificate will be issued on payment of Rs.20/-.
- Duplicate copy of T.C. will be issued on payment of Rs.100/- after all the legal formalities as per Government norms are fulfilled by the parents.
- Students suffering from an infectious disease will not be permitted to attend the school.
- The school reserves the right to suspend/dismiss/terminate a student, whose conduct is harmful to other students or to the school.
- Copying or seeking help in the examination hall and carrying mobile phone/ipod/ pendrive in the school in strictly prohibited.
LEAVE & ABSENCE+
- A child will be granted leave only under unavoidable circumstances. The application duly signed by father, mother or guardian of the child must be sent to the school on an prior date, the same day or latest by next day.
- During test or examination no leave will be allowed except on Medical grounds and a medical certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner has to be submitted along with leave application.
- Absence of more than three days without intimation will be subject to disciplinary action. Long absence without any intimation will run the risk of the student’s name being struck off the roll.
- Leave and absence page should be used whenever a student requires leave or remains absent.
- The Principal/Co-ordinator should be informed within a week if a student remains absent for a long time due to illness or any other reason.
ADMISSION & WITHDRAWL−
- Parents who wish to seek admission of their ward must produce a copy of their wards birth certificate and leaving certificate of their previous school situated. If the school leaving certificate submitted is from a recognized school situated outside Gujarat State, it must be countersigned by D.E.O or any government authority of the state. Documents submitted for admission will not be returned. A written notice of at least three weeks must be given for the withdrawl of the ward from the school, or else fees for the entire period will be charged. No transfer certificate will be issued unless all dues to the school have been cleared in full.
UNIFORM & APPEARANCE+
- Students must wear neat and tidy school Uniform on all school days and ensure regular personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Nails should be trimmed properly and hair should be oiled regularly.
- Shoes should be polished.
- Boys should have their shirts buttoned up. Mushroom cut is strictly not allowed. Hair should be well – trimmed, properly brushed and combed.
- Two plaits are compulsory for girls with a black rubber band or black hair band for short hair.
- Hair should be oiled daily.
- Students are not allowed to wear chains, expensive gold earrings, fancy ornaments, rings, watches, nail polish or any other fancy accessories.
CODE OF CONDUCT+
- Students should reach school by 7.00 am. Late comers will not be allowed to enter.
- The bell before the assembly is a signal for the students to go to the assembly. As soon as they are back in their classes, the students should get their books and notebooks ready for the first period. They should also maintain perfect discipline.
- English must be the only language of communication inside school premises.
- Shouting or whistling is not allowed in or around school building.
- Other than textbooks or library books, no books, magazines or papers should be brought to the school without prior permission of the principal.
- School as a matter of policy discourages private tuitions.
- Students must use of the words 'Please' and 'Thank You' on all appropriate occasions.
- Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform only. This rule applies even when they come to school for any purpose other than attending classes of even after school hours.
- Students should always walk in a queue using left side of the staircase.
- Students must not bring any valuable or expensive materials to school. School will not be responsible for the loss of the same. Mobile phones are not permitted in the school.
- Students must abide by the rules and regulations to maintain the decorum of the school.
- Care must be taken of the school property and no one is allowed to damage the school furniture, walls, electricity gadgets etc. or any article belonging to others. If any damage is done to the school property concerned student will have to bare the fine and it is an offence.
- No student should bring any weapon or sharp articles to school.
- No student is allowed to enter/come to school on motorcycle or scooter.
- Students coming to school by bicycle should refrain from double or triple riding.
- Students must use of the words 'Please' and 'Thank You' on all appropriate occasions.
- Students who come under the care of guardiance / riksha pullers / van should never leave the school before they arrive to take them back. If delay, they should report to the school office.
- Those who commute alone must never roam around on the way but return to home without delay.
- Students should be very polite wherever they go.
- Use of abusive language / passing filthy or vulgar comments will invite stem action immediately.
- All students should greet their teachers whenever they meet them.
- The school reserves the right to terminate any student whose progress in study is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is a bad example for other children.
- All school appointees should wear their respective badges.
